Role Overview

STAR7 Group is looking for Simultaneous Interpreters from English into Russian to join our growing teams. As a linguist, you will deliver both simultaneous and/or consecutive translations, ensuring:

• The target text accurately reflects the source meaning
• High grammatical accuracy while maintaining key terminology
• Spotting and correcting inconsistencies and cultural references
• Providing quality audio support in case of RSI

Requirements

Main qualifications:

• Degree in Translation, Applied Linguistics, Interpreting, or equivalent experience
• Native speaker in one of the involved languages
• Excellent command of English—both comprehension and writing
• Strong linguistic and cultural competence in source and target languages
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting project priorities
• Professionalism under pressure with tight deadlines
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with simultaneous and consecutive interpreting services
• Knowledge of interpretation systems (e.g., Bidule)
• Experience translating technical courses is a plus
