📝 Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality interpretation services during consultations, client meetings, trial preparations, and other legal proceedings—both in person and over the phone.
• Deliver consecutive and simultaneous interpretation between Spanish, English, and Portuguese, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications.
• Perform sight translations of legal documents for clients and attorneys, conveying meaning with precision.
• Accompany clients and attorneys to USCIS interviews, offering interpretation support as needed.
• Translate legal and administrative documents, paying attention to legal terminology and cultural context.
• Offer administrative assistance to attorneys and paralegals, contributing to overall office efficiency.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in handling all client and attorney information, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

🔑 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or associates with at least two years of professional interpreting experience.
• Certification: Translator/Interpreter certification preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in interpreting and translating in a professional setting.
