Responsibilities 🎯

• Accurately interpret and translate: conversations and written documents, capturing the original tone and intent.
• Build and maintain relationships: with students, teachers, and parents.
• Manage your time: effectively handle assignments and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Communicate proactively: connect virtually, over the phone, and in person; attend meetings punctually.
• Enhance your skills: participate in professional development and expand educational vocabulary.

Qualifications ✅

• Fluent in English and Haitian Creole, both spoken and written.
• Experience interpreting and translating between English and Haitian Creole.
• Willingness to travel to school sites in Suffolk County and Nassau County, NY.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable Wi-Fi and necessary equipment.
• Availability for assignments from Monday through Friday.
