Responsibilities

• Interpret and translate conversations and written documents accurately, preserving tone and intent.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, including parents, students, and school staff.
• Manage time and assignments effectively to meet deadlines.
• Communicate promptly with clients via virtual meetings, phone calls, and in person.
• Enhance your skills by participating in professional development and expanding your educational vocabulary.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Cantonese (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Experience interpreting and translating in both languages
• Willing and able to travel to school sites in Suffolk and Nassau Counties, NY
• Strong remote work setup with reliable Wi-Fi and necessary equipment
• Availability to accept assignments Monday through Friday
