This role allows you to support students, teachers, and parents, providing critical language assistance in various school settings throughout Long Island. Whether on-site or remote, this position offers a meaningful way to utilize your language skills while working around your availability. Travel to school sites is required.

📝 Responsibilities

• Accurately interpret and translate: Conversations and written documents, conveying the original tone and intent.
• Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with clients, including parents, students, and school staff.
• Manage your schedule: Effectively handle time, assignments, and calendar to meet deadlines.
• Communicate seamlessly: Connect with clients via virtual platforms, phone calls, and in person; attend meetings promptly.

🎓 Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic – speaking, reading, and writing capabilities.
• Experience in interpreting and translating within English and Arabic contexts.
• Ability to travel to school sites in Suffolk County and Nassau County.
• Reliable remote work setup with strong Wi-Fi and necessary equipment.
• Availability to accept assignments Monday through Friday.
