Responsibilities 📋

• Accurately interpret and translate: Convey conversations and written documents with the original tone and intent.
• Build strong relationships: Engage effectively with parents, students, and school staff.
• Manage time efficiently: Handle assignments and calendars to meet deadlines.
• Connect effectively: Communicate via virtual platforms, phone, and in person, ensuring timely updates and attending meetings punctually.
• Continuous learning: Develop educational vocabulary and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications 🎓

• Fluency in English and Russian (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proven experience in interpreting and translating between English and Russian.
• Ability to travel to school sites in Suffolk County and Nassau County, NY.
• Reliable remote working setup with strong Wi-Fi and necessary equipment.
• Availability to accept assignments from Monday through Friday.
