About the Role

Interpreting Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally: Uphold a high standard of conduct during interactions
• Maintain confidentiality: Ensure a quiet & secure environment for interpretation
• Adapt to industry vocabulary: Specialize in healthcare and medical terminology
• Participate in training: Engage in internal professional development sessions
• Report to team leader: Communicate effectively and provide updates as needed

Candidate Qualifications 🎯

• Fluent in English and Korean
• Minimum of 6 months interpretation experience preferred
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
• Ability to render accurate concepts and meanings following established interpretation protocols
• Capability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication, when necessary

Technical Requirements 🖥️

• 90% proficiency in English
• Reliable wired internet connection
• USB wired headset
• Compatible with Windows 10 or Mac
