Candidate Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Cantonese
• Minimum 1 year interpretation experience (preferred)
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain high accuracy
• Ability to convey correct concepts and meanings adhering to interpretation protocols
• Capability to explain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication, with permission or upon client request

Technical Requirements

• 90% English proficiency
• Reliable wired internet connection
• USB wired headset
• Compatible with Windows 10 or Mac operating systems
