We are looking for a passionate, results-driven International Sales Manager to lead our efforts in selling high-quality blenders to commercial clients across the APAC & LATAM regions. Work Details & Requirements

  • Remote Location: Must reside on the West Coast within the Pacific Time Zone 🌅
  • Travel: International travel up to 70% ✈️
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish 🗣️

Key Responsibilities

🚀 Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives 📈
  • Actively seek new customer acquisition opportunities aligned with our product offerings 🤝
  • Analyze market trends to understand customer needs, pricing, and discount structures 🔍
  • Lead channel development activities and coordinate sales distribution efforts 🔄
  • Identify, recruit, and manage distributors, dealers, and representatives across untapped territories 🌍
  • Represent the company at trade associations to promote our products and brand 🤝

🤝 Distributor & Client Relationship Management

  • Manage existing distribution networks, dealer relationships, and house accounts 🏢
  • Advise dealers, distributors, and clients on sales strategies and advertising techniques 🎯
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to key clients and prospects 🎤

📊 Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Implement training programs and perform evaluations to boost sales team performance 📋
  • Analyze sales data to shape policies and support distributors in boosting sales 📈
  • Prepare regular sales reports highlighting volume, potential growth, and expansion opportunities 📝
  • Monitor territory expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets 💼

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 7 years of successful experience selling commercial equipment with a personal quota 🎯
  • Proven track record of closing individual accounts up to $10M in revenue 💰
  • Experience selling to business owners and executive-level clients 🧑‍💼
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing 🔄
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets ✅
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills 🗣️✍️
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience with 7+ years in commercial equipment sales 🎓
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools 📊
