🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Develop & Expand Business
- 💼 Grow international freight forwarding sales—focusing on Italy-U.S. trade
- 🌐 Target importers/exporters across industries (FCL, LCL, airfreight, etc.)
- 📈 Identify new opportunities and close deals independently or with team support
🔹 Client Management
- 🤝 Maintain and grow your book of business
- 📊 Deliver tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs
- 📦 Coordinate with operations teams to ensure top-tier service and execution
🔹 Market Development
- 🇮🇹 Focus on Italian accounts and trade lanes; leverage cultural and language familiarity
- 🛫 Understand shipping cycles, compliance requirements, and customs dynamics
🧠 Stay current on global logistics trends, rates, and client pain points to maintain a competitive edge.
🎯 Requirements
What You Bring
- ✔️ Proven success in freight forwarding sales with a strong book of business
- ✔️ Deep understanding of the Italian market and transatlantic trade
- ✔️ 3–5+ years of experience in international logistics (air/ocean, import/export)
- ✔️ Exceptional client relationship and negotiation skills
- ✔️ Independent, self-driven mindset—hunter mentality 🐺
- ✔️ Bilingual proficiency in Italian and English is a major plus! 📣
