Role Overview
As an International Partner Manager for France, Spain, and Benelux, you will serve as a key account manager, cultivating trust-based relationships with our partners, assisting with enablement, performance management, and joint go-to-market initiatives. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to grow pipeline and revenue, activate partners, and convert strategic alliances into measurable business results.
How You'll Make a Difference
- Regional Market Development 🌍: Identify and onboard a premier portfolio of partners—consultancies, resellers, and system integrators—aligned with our ideal customer profile in Southern Europe.
- Strategic Market Positioning 🎯: Increase regional awareness by positioning SoSafe as the modern human risk solution, emphasizing our European roots and human-centric innovation.
- Operational Excellence & Velocity ⚡: Support new partners during onboarding to ensure high engagement, a seamless "time to first deal," and develop a high-performing partner portfolio.
- GTM Collaboration 🤝: Act as a proactive bridge between partners and internal teams (SDRs, marketing, product, sales). Lead account mapping and joint outreach initiatives to activate partner customer bases.
- Collaborative Enablement 🔧: Empower partners to develop their own service and consulting arms around the SoSafe platform, promoting long-term profitability and customer success.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience 💼: Over 3 years of success in channel sales, partnerships, business development, or account management within SaaS.
- Cybersecurity Background 🛡️: Solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
- Language Skills 🗣️: Native-level French proficiency, professional fluency in English required. Spanish and/or Dutch fluency is a significant bonus.
- Relationship Builder ❤️: Naturally adept at establishing and nurturing relationships with a hands-on approach.
- Strategic Hunter 🎯: Entrepreneurial spirit with a "can-do" attitude, passionate about building new markets with high-quality execution.
- Team Player 🤝: Believes in teamwork, inspiring internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Location & Travel ✈️: Based in the Greater Paris region, willing to travel to events and partner meetings as needed.
