About The Role

We are seeking a results-driven International Customer Success Manager to strengthen relationships with our global clients and drive revenue within existing accounts. Your responsibilities will include managing renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through ongoing engagement and support.

Key to your success will be your ability to deliver impactful presentations, conduct multiple daily calls, and collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities 📋

  • Renewal Management: Proactively oversee contract renewals to minimize churn and ensure seamless service continuity.
  • Upsell & Cross-sell: Spot and leverage opportunities to expand product and service adoption within existing accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop trust-based relationships with global clients and key stakeholders.
  • Revenue Growth: Create and implement strategies to increase value and growth in international accounts.
  • Outbound Engagement: Make multiple outbound calls daily to maintain contact, provide updates, and boost engagement.
  • Presentation Delivery: Present compelling demos and tailored proposals to diverse international audiences.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on client goals.
  • Account Health & Reporting: Monitor client satisfaction, usage metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications 🎓

  • 2+ years of experience in full sales cycles or customer success roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience or familiarity with the aviation industry is a plus
  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Proven success in managing renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Comfortable making high volumes of customer calls and delivering effective presentations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
  • Organized, analytical, and capable of multitasking effectively
  • Resilient, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM systems like Oro or similar
