Maximus Is Hiring An International Customer Service Rep Bilingual Spanish Remote

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Outbound Communication 📞✉️: Make outbound calls and emails to military veterans and service members, providing clear and empathetic support, addressing questions or concerns, and updating them on the status of their cases.
  • Appointment Reminders ⏰: Send reminder emails or make calls to veterans and service members about upcoming diagnostic appointments.
  • Case Analysis 🔍: Investigate and analyze cases to understand concerns and identify appropriate solutions or resolutions.
  • Information Requests 📋: Submit VBMS requests to supervisors for additional contact details if contact attempts are unsuccessful after multiple calls.
  • Interdepartmental Communication 📧📞: Coordinate with various department regions regarding veteran/service members' recent diagnostic testing, scheduling, and travel options.
  • Data Management 📝: Update OMS (Office Management System) with changes such as addresses, phone numbers, emails, and obtain permission from veterans/service members to discuss cases with others.
  • Queue Monitoring 🚦: Monitor and manage international queues for "Pending Initial DOC" (Day One Call) and "Pending Intl CAPS" (Claimant Appointment Packets) in OMS.
  • CAPS Dispatch 📩: Send CAPS documents via email, FedEx, or USPS express mail.
  • Documentation 📚: Maintain detailed notes of communication and CAPS information within OMS systems.

Home Office Requirements 🏠💻

  • Internet speed of 20 Mbps or higher (testable via online speed tests)
  • Connectivity via Wi-Fi or Category 5/6 Ethernet cable to the home router
  • Private work area with sufficient power source
  • Must permanently reside in the Continental US

Note: Remote work must be conducted from the specified location at hire, with no travel permitted.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
  • Ability to work a set schedule: Monday to Friday, 4PM - 12:30AM or 8AM - 4:30PM Central Time
