Job Summary 📋

• Responsibilities include: Processing patient referrals to determine care eligibility, reviewing financial and medical documentation, verifying insurance coverage and benefits, obtaining prior authorizations, and communicating coverage/payment details with patients and families.
• Performing daily intake tasks and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensuring referrals are handled promptly and according to standard operating procedures (SOP).

Job Requirements ✅

• Entry-level knowledge with basic employment skills.
• High School diploma, GED equivalent, or High School certificate required.
• 1-3 years of experience with insurance verification and authorization processes.
• Position is primarily onsite with potential for hybrid remote work.
