Project Summary

As a contributor, you'll translate insurance claims materials between English and Spanish and review model outputs for accuracy. Your work will involve validating structured claim forms, correspondence, and clinical narratives, requiring strong domain knowledge in medical and claims terminology.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate structured and unstructured insurance claims materials across English↔Spanish
• Apply formatting that preserves structure when needed
• Redact, normalize, and reconstruct PII placeholders accurately
• Review human and model-generated texts for accuracy
• Identify issues related to terminology, formatting, or PII handling
• Document observations clearly regarding errors and quality findings

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Spanish at a professional level

• Knowledge of claims terminology including ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, EOB language
• Ability to manage structured formats and handle PII properly
• Strong attention to detail and error identification skills

Consultant Engagement Terms

This role is a project-based consulting position. Consultants are compensated per project, with hourly rate estimates based on expected completion timelines. You will maintain control over your schedule, supply your own tools, and may work with multiple vendors or clients simultaneously, provided such arrangements are permitted.
