Overview

You will engage with current and prospective customers, support internal teams, and assist with sales activities, product education, and order coordination. Responsibilities ✨

• Quotation entry, verification, and analysis
• Coordinate deliveries to customers, including allocation
• Enter and maintain sales opportunities in CRM database
• Meet or exceed metrics related to outbound calls and open pipeline opportunities
• Order samples, evaluation boards, and other goods for customers
• Manage active vendor list
• Prepare reports for customers, outside sales, and managers as needed
• Schedule sales appointments
• Create customer meeting agendas
• Prepare product materials or other items needed for face-to-face customer meetings
• Analyze and report monthly rolling and annual sales forecasts
• Organize and participate in tradeshows, conferences, and exhibits
• Assist with sales documentation and customer approval processes

Qualifications 🎯

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales
• Proven ability to independently drive leads through the entire sales process
• Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry
• Data manipulation skills
• Strong computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), internet, and other systems (testing may be required)
• Effective organizational and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of English, both oral and written
• Bilingual in Japanese is preferred
• Excellent communication, listening, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
