Position: Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, your focus will be on acquiring new clients and boosting current accounts. This role requires a sense of urgency, objection handling skills, and a solution-oriented approach through upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly base salary with uncapped commissions — very lucrative! 💰
• Full-time, onsite role in Plainview, NY (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers, understanding their needs and challenges
• Meet or exceed sales revenue targets through product proposals and price negotiations
• Use CRM software to manage client information, track interactions, and generate sales forecasts
• Make 50 cold calls per day to prospective clients

Qualifications & Skills

• 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Account Management within the security industry
• Experience in CCTV or Security Industry highly desired; if not, fluency in Mandarin is required
• Experience with Salesforce and Acumatica is a plus

Work Details

• Location: In person at Plainview, NY 11803
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends
• Experience: B2B Sales and Cold Calling (1 year preferred)
• Pay Range: $40,000 – $100,000 annually
