Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Build Rapport: Quickly establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.
• Communicate Clearly: Articulate ideas succinctly and effectively.
• Persuasion Skills: excel in influencing customer decisions.
• Persistent Follow-Up: Understand that it typically takes around six touches to convert a prospect into a customer.
• Attention to Detail: Collaborate with EPSI’s customer service team to ensure no opportunities or issues are overlooked.
• Effective Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal interactions.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales required; surface finishing industry experience a significant plus.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Supervision

Education and Experience

• Technical Proficiency: Competent in using personal computers and various software applications.
• Self-Motivated: Require minimal supervision.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Familiarity with technical or mechanical concepts is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Above-average verbal and written proficiency.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
