About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales professional to become a vital member of our Sales Team. In this role, you will identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities, helping us drive revenue growth and expand our reach within the healthcare sector.

  • Report directly to your Team Lead
  • Collaborate closely with our SDR team in outreach efforts
  • Engage potential customers by effectively communicating the value of AlfaDocs platform
  • Support deal closures from initial contact to signed contract

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from first contact to closing the deal
  • Own your pipeline and sales strategies
  • Conduct impactful product demonstrations tailored to healthcare professionals
  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities through excellent performance
  • Contribute to our ambitious company goals and overall success

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or healthcare
  • Strong skills in negotiation, objection handling, and guiding prospects
  • A consultative, value-driven approach with emphasis on long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in delivering product demos and tailoring solutions to customer needs
  • Solid negotiation skills on pricing and contractual terms
  • Basic familiarity with AI/LLM tools for simple tasks
  • Fluent in Italian (native) and advanced in English (B2/C1)

Administrative Details

  • Contract: 1-year fixed-term with renewal potential
  • Salary: €35,000 - €37,000 fixed + €12,000 commission (uncapped)
  • Location: AlfaDocs GmbH, Dachauer Strasse, Munich (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 (1-hour lunch)
  • Trial Period: 6 months
  • Start Date: June 2026
