Your Mission

Join Finoa as an Information Security Officer (ISO) and play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's information systems. You'll work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure the security and integrity of our data, implementing policies, conducting risk assessments, and promoting security awareness across the company.

In this Role, You Will:

• Assist in developing and implementing information security policies, procedures, and standards
• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend controls
• Support security awareness training programs for employees
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security requirements into new projects
• Stay informed about emerging threats and security technologies to enhance our security posture
• Participate in audits and compliance assessments to ensure regulatory adherence
• Guide and support employees on security best practices and procedures

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Risk, or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of information security principles, standards, and best practices
• Strong knowledge of information risk factors
• Proficiency in using AI models and AI-powered assistants
• Experience with security tools and technologies such as AWS, EKS, WAF, MDM, SSO, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of frameworks such as EBA Guidelines, BAIT, MaRisk, and GDPR is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
