Job Responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial scenarios and identify the most suitable mortgage solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with a variety of banks to offer a wide range of mortgage options.
• Guide clients throughout the mortgage application process to maximize approval chances.
• Forge strategic partnerships with local real estate agencies, especially focusing on non-residents and local bank branches.
• Maintain updated reports on sales and performance metrics.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to provide the most relevant advice and solutions.
• Engage in professional development activities such as industry exhibitions, training sessions, and certification acquisition to enhance your skills.

• Fluency in German is essential.

Qualifications
