Qualifications 📝

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• *Compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) — Aveanna can assist with obtaining this post-hire if needed
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
