Position: Import / Export Coordinator

Salary: $24 - $27/hour (equivalent to $50,000 - $58,000 annually)

Responsibilities

• Receive and reserve customer and agent orders and bookings
• Perform data entry, document processing, and shipment handling
• Track, trace, and update shipment statuses daily
• Provide real-time tracking updates and customer care services
• Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding operational procedures and requirements
• Check and report profits and losses; manage A/P and A/R
• Identify, report, and resolve any shipment issues
• Monitor cargo and prepare reports for the direct manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred 🎓
• Bilingual fluency in English and Korean is highly preferred 🈺🈶
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office programs
• 1-3 years of logistics experience preferred
