Yondr operates across multiple industries, primarily focusing on education and live events. We support schools through phone-free programs and assist top artists in music and comedy by creating distraction-free live performances, allowing both performers and audiences to be fully present.

Role Overview

The Yondr Implementation Associate plays a key part in ensuring our customers' success after the sale. Success in this role requires being highly organized, relationship-driven, and committed to providing exceptional support. You will be responsible for implementing the Yondr program, offering ongoing guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities 📝

• Virtually support new school accounts by facilitating onboarding, product setup, training, and customization to meet specific needs.
• Collaborate with schools to develop Yondr policies and protocols.
• Engage effectively with school administrators, teachers, and parents through presentations and various communication channels.
• Serve as a main point of contact for school partners in support of Education Program Specialists.
• Participate in delivering on-site services as necessary.
• Contribute to designing and delivering school programming, projects, or resources based on emerging needs.

Preferred Skills & Experience 🌟

• Background or experience in education, particularly grades 6-12.
• Knowledge of current educational practices related to school programming.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptability and resilience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with digital tools and remote work technology platforms.
• Solution-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.

Requirements ✅

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, education, or related fields.
• Willingness to travel based on partner demand and manager approval:
  • 0-15% during non-peak seasons.
  • 20-30% during peak seasons.

Compensation & Hours 💼

• $40 per hour.
• Hours may vary depending on the busy implementation season.
• July to October: 15-30 hours per week.

Position Details

• Role Type: Hourly, non-exempt.
• Seasonal contract lasting 6 months (July to October).
