Job Summary

The Passenger Service Agent will handle all passenger and customer services as contracted, including but not limited to:

  • Reservations & Ticketing
  • Baggage Processing
  • Terminal & Gate Check-in
  • Jet Way Operations
  • Greeting & Assisting Passengers, including VIPs & special needs travelers
  • Handling Customer Complaints
  • Other operational duties as assigned

💵 The expected pay rate is $18.50/hr.

This role requires proficiency in English plus one of the following languages: Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Chinese.

Your Responsibilities

  • Inspect and verify passenger documentation
  • Issue boarding passes & reschedule affected passengers
  • Manage baggage processing & fee calculations
  • Assist passengers during arrival & check-in, including those with special needs (UMs, VIPs, wheelchair assistance)
  • Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration, & Quarantine processes
  • Make public address announcements as required
  • Collaborate with Ramp Service Agents for loading & unloading wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags
  • Comply with security regulations and Swissport policies
  • Operate equipment such as jet ways, reservation, and ticketing software
  • Produce all necessary work documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your Profile

  • Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Filipino
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Passionate about customer service with relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and self-motivation
  • Ability to work independently & attentiveness to detail
  • Flexible and able to follow established processes
  • Proficient in typing and learning airline reservation software
  • Willing to work in all weather conditions ☔️❄️
