Location & Compensation 📍💰

• Compensation: $20–$30 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities 📝

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing
• Maintain and update job descriptions
• Conduct background and reference checks
• Lead new hire orientation and training programs
• Represent Rx2Go at community and recruitment events

Employee Support & Benefits

• Guide staff through benefits enrollment and handle compensation questions
• Act as the first point of contact for HR policies, wellness, and workplace concerns
• Assist in building a positive and supportive work environment

Compliance & HR Operations

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
• Prepare reports and handle regulatory submissions

Strategic HR Initiatives

• Contribute to culture, wellness, and training programs
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and employee relations

Qualifications & Skills ✅

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field OR 2+ years of HR experience
• Fluent Russian (spoken & written) — Required
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Excel
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Preferred Qualifications ⭐

• HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
• Healthcare/pharma industry experience
