Summary of the Role
As an HR Support Specialist, you will deliver first‑line support to employees, managers, and stakeholders, handle HR inquiries, process transactions, and contribute to continuous process improvements—all within a collaborative and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre‑employment activities: Facilitate onboarding and related processes.
- Coordination of employee administration: Manage incoming and outgoing employee documentation.
- Employee and HRIS data administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.
- Employee inquiries: Address questions regarding benefits, HR policies, compensation, and more.
- Leave and vacation management: Oversee leave of absence and time-off requests.
- Training inquiries: Support employee training and development questions.
- Reporting: Generate HR-related reports to support business insights.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a service environment; HR Shared Services or HR Operations experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Knowledge of Italian labor laws is required.
- Experience with case‑management systems is advantageous.
Skills and Abilities
- Languages: Native or business‑level proficiency in Italian and French; business‑level English; basic Spanish is a plus.
- Customer focus: Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and dedication to service excellence.
- Adaptability: Embrace change with flexibility and attention to detail.
- Technical skills: Proficient with web-based platforms and case management tools.
