Position Overview

We are on the lookout for an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Generalist. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR operations, employment laws, and talent management strategies. This role serves as a vital link between our U.S. operations and our global headquarters. 🤝

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers: understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and identify candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source candidates: utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews: facilitate feedback collection and hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience: throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the offer process: including compensation alignment, offer letters, and negotiations.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics: such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and hiring effectiveness.
  • Lead HR administrative functions: daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
  • Conduct new hire orientations: delivering a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Administer compensation activities: including offers, promotions, and salary reviews.
  • Oversee employee benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), STD, LTD, FMLA, vacation, etc.
  • Serve as the benefits and payroll contact: for site inquiries.
  • Provide HR policy guidance: and act as a liaison with headquarters HR.
  • Support employee relations: offer policy interpretation and resolution aid.
  • Collaborate with leadership: on succession planning and talent development.
  • Ensure compliance: with federal, state, and local HR regulations.
  • Operate HR systems and policies: including evaluations and pay structures.
  • Generate reports: to fulfill internal and external requirements.
  • Implement talent management systems: and oversee governance processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field 🏫
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant HR experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws ⚖️
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) 💬
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality 🔒
  • Exceptional customer service mindset 🎯
  • Experience with HR software (e.g., ADP, Oracle ERP) is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 💻
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required 🇰🇷🇺🇸
