Position Overview
We are on the lookout for an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Generalist. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR operations, employment laws, and talent management strategies. This role serves as a vital link between our U.S. operations and our global headquarters. 🤝
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers: understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and identify candidate profiles.
- Proactively source candidates: utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews: facilitate feedback collection and hiring decisions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience: throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the offer process: including compensation alignment, offer letters, and negotiations.
- Track and report recruiting metrics: such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and hiring effectiveness.
- Lead HR administrative functions: daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Conduct new hire orientations: delivering a smooth onboarding experience.
- Administer compensation activities: including offers, promotions, and salary reviews.
- Oversee employee benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), STD, LTD, FMLA, vacation, etc.
- Serve as the benefits and payroll contact: for site inquiries.
- Provide HR policy guidance: and act as a liaison with headquarters HR.
- Support employee relations: offer policy interpretation and resolution aid.
- Collaborate with leadership: on succession planning and talent development.
- Ensure compliance: with federal, state, and local HR regulations.
- Operate HR systems and policies: including evaluations and pay structures.
- Generate reports: to fulfill internal and external requirements.
- Implement talent management systems: and oversee governance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field 🏫
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant HR experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws ⚖️
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) 💬
- High level of discretion and confidentiality 🔒
- Exceptional customer service mindset 🎯
- Experience with HR software (e.g., ADP, Oracle ERP) is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 💻
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required 🇰🇷🇺🇸
