🔍 Job Overview

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will function as an essential point of contact for daily HR operations, supporting the HR team, bakery leadership, managers, and cross-functional groups. Your role will involve implementing HR policies, educating staff, and advising on various HR topics to foster a productive work environment.

📝 How You Will Contribute

  • Manage Communication: Oversee HR boards and TV displays for employee updates 📺
  • Record Maintenance: Assist with accurate and confidential employee and departmental records 🗃️
  • Administrative Support: Handle HR administrative tasks and prepare presentations using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 🖥️
  • Orientation: Lead new hire orientation programs for the first week of employment 🎓
  • Back-up Responsibilities: Support People Experience Advisor with I-9 form completion for new hires 🔄
  • System Updates: Create and update new hire profiles across systems like SAP, SharePoint, and MES 🛠️
  • Employee Events: Coordinate, schedule, and execute employee events, including reserving locations, catering, and materials 🎉
  • Procurement: Create and submit Purchase Orders (POs) 📝
  • Compensation & Meetings: Assist with hourly compensation programs and coordinate employee meetings or HR-related events 🕒
  • Community & Volunteer Engagement: Organize volunteer opportunities and act as the community program ambassador 🌱
  • Project Support: Participate in continuous improvement projects for HR 🔧
  • Additional Duties: Support other tasks as needed to ensure smooth HR operations 🤝

  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or Burmese) preferred 🗣️

💰 Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $55,900 to $67,926, dependent on experience, skills, and education. Beyond salary, you will be eligible for a highly competitive bonus program based on performance and company results.
