Manufacturing Company Is Hiring A Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive Bi-Lingual HR Coordinator to support our HR department's daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and maximum organizational value. 🌟 This role involves administrative support, employee onboarding, and policy guidance across multiple locations. The position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate hiring for warehouse and transportation roles by collaborating with managers to identify required skills and competencies.
  • Onboard new employees including drivers, handling paperwork, I-9 verification, and ensuring WOTC compliance.
  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions in both English and Spanish.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and assist with termination procedures.
  • Promote company culture, core values, and policies throughout the organization.
  • Address routine employee inquiries; escalate sensitive matters appropriately.
  • Assist with HR policies, benefits questions, and annual open enrollment.
  • Support company events and perform general HR administrative duties as needed.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, onboarding processes, and employee relations.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and operate effectively under pressure. 🚀
