Job Summary
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, guiding recruitment, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a solid background in HR, with expertise in recruiting, employee engagement, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
🤝 HR Partnership
- Collaborate with site leadership to understand goals and challenges, offering strategic guidance.
- Implement HR programs aligned with business objectives to drive success.
- Serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, providing solutions and recommendations.
💼 Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the process.
🧑🤝🧑 Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns.
- Investigate employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Guide managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
📈 Project Management
- Lead HR projects such as engagement initiatives, training programs, and organizational development.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure project success and continual HR process improvement.
📜 HR Policy and Compliance
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor HR metrics and use data to inform decision-making and optimize HR practices.

- Support training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Drive initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Partner with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees.
Qualifications 🎓
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, emphasizing recruiting, employee relations, and project management.
- Fluent bilingual in Spanish required.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven relationship-building skills and collaborative approach.
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
- Skilled in project management and executing HR initiatives.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
