Position Overview 📝
An organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support operations in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This onsite role plays a key part in strengthening workplace culture, supporting leadership, and ensuring effective HR practices across locations. The position works closely with management to guide people strategies, enhance employee experience, and maintain a productive, compliant workplace.
Core Responsibilities ✅
- Collaborate with leadership to support business objectives through effective HR practices
- Manage end-to-end recruiting efforts to meet ongoing staffing needs
- Serve as a resource for employee-related matters, including addressing concerns, resolving workplace issues, and interpreting policies
- Provide guidance to supervisors on performance, engagement, and team development
- Review workforce data and trends to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement
- Assist with organizational planning, including staffing strategies and long-term workforce development
- Ensure adherence to applicable employment laws and internal standards
- Support updates and consistent application of HR guidelines and procedures
- Contribute to initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, communication, and retention
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide support across multiple locations, with occasional travel as needed
Background & Skills 🌟
- Several years of progressive experience in human resources roles
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Strong background supporting employee relations and talent acquisition
- Solid understanding of workplace regulations and HR best practices
- Ability to build trust, influence decisions, and partner effectively across teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-demand environment
- Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality
- Proficient with common business software; experience with HR systems is a plus
