🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring for all Moidastore locations, including posting jobs and screening candidates.
• Implement employee onboarding and offboarding processes such as new hire orientation, background checks, and job changes.
• Ensure compliance with federal and multi-state employment regulations and maintain accurate personnel files across multiple locations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits, and support management with employee engagement, performance issues, and conflict resolution.

📝 Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or multi-unit environments.
• Understanding of employment laws in NJ and surrounding states.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• Bilingual in Korean and English, facilitating communication with our Korean-speaking headquarters and vendors.
