iLink Business Management.com Is Hiring A Human Resource Generalist

Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the posting of open positions, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct background checks.
  • Facilitate both employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews.
  • Assist with the employee's benefits enrollment.
  • Ensure the approval of employee timecards by managers in a timely manner. 
  • Address inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 
  • Work experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Korean is required.
