iLink Business Management.com Is Hiring A Human Resource Generalist
Responsibilities
- Oversee the posting of open positions, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct background checks.
- Facilitate both employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews.
- Assist with the employee's benefits enrollment.
- Ensure the approval of employee timecards by managers in a timely manner.
- Address inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Work experience in Human Resources preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Korean is required.
