Job Description

As an HR Associate, you will handle a variety of daily responsibilities aimed at supporting our workforce and HR processes. Your role will include:

• General HR responsibilities including employment, recruitment, benefits & compensation, training & development, and employee relations
• Preparing and assisting with offer letters and onboarding processes
• Managing the HRIS system as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Drafting and reviewing responses and correspondence related to projects
• Maintaining accurate files and providing advice/support on company policies and documentation
• Upholding confidentiality at all times
• Participating in various HR-related projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with HRIS systems or working knowledge of such platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and provide insightful recommendations
• Strong writing skills
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required due to the position's nature
