Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an HRIS Coordinator located in Greater Boston. The HRIS Coordinator will be responsible for managing Human Resources Information Systems and employee benefits. This role involves utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, and overseeing various Human Resources tasks.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Employee Benefits management skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices
  • Experience in HR or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
