About the Role

At Thales, you’ll join our HR Shared Service Center, supporting employees and managers across different countries while helping deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience — every single day. French language skills are required to support HR activities for our organization in France.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the friendly first point of contact: Assist employees and managers on all HR-related topics 🤝
• Support new joiners: Guide them from offer letter to their first day and beyond 🎉
• Maintain HR systems: Ensure data accuracy and system smooth operation ⚙️
• Assist international teams: Support onboarding, mobility, and daily HR processes 🌎
• Prepare HR documentation: Create letters, reports, and documents to simplify people’s lives 📄
• Engage in HR projects: Contribute to ongoing improvements in HR work processes 🚀

What You Bring With You

• Educational background or experience: Degree in HR, Management, or related field, or proven hands-on experience 🎓
• Language skills: Fluency in French is required, used exclusively for HR operations supporting France 🗣️
• Communication skills: Clear, confident, friendly and approachable 🗨️
• Attention to detail: Ability to bring structure and clarity when needed 📝
• Intercultural aptitude: Enjoy working with diverse cultures and backgrounds 🌏
• Proactive attitude: Adaptable, solution-oriented, and hands-on 🤝
• Technical skills: Confident user of Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or other HR platforms is a big plus 💻
