Role Overview 💼

At Thales, you'll be part of our HR Shared Service Center, supporting employees and managers across different countries. Your role will ensure a consistent, positive employee experience every day, with a focus on HR activities in France requiring French language skills.

Responsibilities 🎯

• First Point of Contact: Support employees on a variety of HR topics with a people-centric approach.
• Employee Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end processes from onboarding to offboarding to ensure a smooth experience.
• HR Data & Systems: Maintain and update HR systems and employee data with high accuracy and compliance.
• International HR Operations: Assist with onboarding, mobility, and daily HR administration activities.
• HR Documentation: Prepare contracts, letters, and reports accurately and timely.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to HR projects and process optimization initiatives to enhance employee experience.

Requirements ✅

• A degree in HR, Management, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on HR experience.
• Fluency in both French and English (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and empathetically.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven mindset in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience with HR tools like Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.
