HR Senior Associate
Duration: 4-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $33-37 per hour

Position Overview
Our client, a Big 4 Firm, is seeking a bilingual HR Senior Associate to support large-scale outsourcing engagements and cross-border employment processes for global organizations. This role focuses on assisting Japanese and Korean headquartered clients with HR services, executive mobility, tax coordination, and employee relocation to the U.S. 🇺🇸. While this position is within the Tax team, candidates with backgrounds in HR, mobility, operations, or tax compliance/administration are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Support and oversee day-to-day services within the global HR Services practice, including coordination with third-party vendors and technology platforms 🖥️
- Partner with Japanese and Korean organizations to deliver high-quality client support and ensure service consistency 🤝
- Develop, enhance, and monitor service delivery models to meet client service level agreements (SLAs) 📈
- Serve as the main point of contact for executives and families relocating to the U.S. for long-term international assignments 🏢
- Coordinate with client business leaders and internal teams to facilitate employee transitions and comprehensive HR support 🧳
- Assist with cross-border employment processes related to HR policies, benefits, retirement plans, taxes, and relocation administration 🌍
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and uphold high client service standards in all interactions 🔒
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Japanese and/or Korean required 🗣️
- 3+ years of experience in HR, global mobility, tax compliance, or administrative support functions 🧑💼
- Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills 📋
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) 💻
- Experience with PeopleSoft, SharePoint, and Taleo preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment 🚀

- Experience supporting international assignees or executive relocation programs 🌏
- Exposure to cross-border HR operations, mobility services, or employment tax processes
