We seek a Spanish-speaking Human Resources Representative to join our Far Rockaway office, easily accessible by public transit from Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan.

Responsibilities

• Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and staff support 🤝
• Serve as the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking employees, ensuring clear communication and support 🌐
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR compliance ✅
• Respond to employee questions and concerns with professionalism and care 💬

Qualifications
