Your Role and Responsibilities 🤝

• Be the first point of contact: Serve as a friendly resource for employees and managers on HR topics
• Support new joiners: Guide them from offer letters to onboarding and beyond
• Maintain HR systems: Ensure data accuracy and system efficiency
• Assist international teams: Handle onboarding, mobility, and daily HR processes
• Create HR documentation: Prepare letters, reports, and other essential documents
• Participate in HR projects: Contribute to process improvements and new initiatives

What You Bring to the Team 🎯

• Educational background: Degree in HR, Management, or related field, or proven practical experience
• Language skills: Fluency in French is mandatory, exclusively for HR support in France
• Communication skills: Clear, confident, and approachable
• Attention to detail: Ability to bring structure and precision to work processes
• Cultural enthusiasm: Enjoy working with diverse backgrounds
• Proactive attitude: Solution-oriented and adaptable
• Technical proficiency: Confident using Excel, Word, and Outlook
• HR platform experience: Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is advantageous
