Thales is seeking a dedicated HR professional to support our international teams, ensuring a seamless employee experience. Fluency in French is essential for supporting HR activities in France.

Location: PSS – Lisbon (Central), Portugal

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related topics 🤝
• Support new joiners throughout their onboarding journey — from offer letter to their first day (and beyond) 🚀
• Maintain smooth HR systems and ensure data accuracy and quality 💻
• Assist international teams with onboarding, mobility, and daily HR processes 🌎
• Create HR letters, reports, and documents that simplify people’s lives 📄
• Contribute to HR projects and help improve operational efficiencies 🛠️

What You Bring with You

• Degree in HR, Management, or related field — or proven hands-on experience
• Fluency in French is mandatory, supporting HR activities exclusively for France 🇫🇷
• Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and approachable 🗣️
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to bring structure where needed 🎯
• Enjoy working with diverse cultures and backgrounds 🌐
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented attitude 💡
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook 📊📧
• Experience with HR platforms such as Workday or ServiceNow is a big plus 🚀
