We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to streamline HR processes, lead a dedicated team, and serve as a vital link between our headquarters and regional offices. Position Overview

As an HR Operations Manager, you'll oversee comprehensive HR functions including payroll, benefits, HRIS system management, compliance, and HR financial reporting. You will supervise a team of 2–4 members and collaborate closely with department leaders to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

👥 HR Operations & Leadership

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Supervise and mentor HR team members to ensure operational efficiency
  • Partner with department leaders to provide HR guidance and best practices

💼 Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance using ADP Workforce Now
  • Manage benefits administration including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and workers’ compensation
  • Lead annual insurance renewals and payroll tax compliance efforts

📝 HRIS & Compliance

  • Drive HRIS implementation and system optimization initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and multi-jurisdictional employment laws
  • Maintain accurate employee records and oversee audit processes

💰 Financial & Reporting

  • Lead month-end HR-related financial closings and reconciliations
  • Support compensation analysis and workforce reporting
  • Coordinate HR financial reporting activities with Accounting/Finance teams

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree 🎓
  • Professional proficiency in Korean and English
  • 5–7 years of HR Operations experience
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws (federal & multi-state)
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex functions)
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and HR reporting tools

Preferred

  • Background in accounting or financial operations
  • Experience with HR systems implementation projects
