We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking HR Help Desk Executive to support our employees by handling HR-related inquiries and providing accurate, timely assistance. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple requests within a structured environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle HR inquiries via chat, email, or phone in Mandarin and English
• Provide support on HR policies, employee records, payroll, and benefits
• Resolve issues or escalate complex cases to relevant HR teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions
• Ensure service quality and response times meet company standards
• Support administrative HR tasks when required

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, Help Desk, or HR support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
• Willing to work on-site in Penang
