Job Description
We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking HR Help Desk Executive to support our employees by addressing HR-related inquiries with accuracy and promptness. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities 🚀
- Handle HR inquiries via chat, email, or phone in Mandarin and English
- Provide support on HR policies, employee records, payroll, and benefits
- Resolve issues or escalate complex cases to the relevant HR teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions
- Ensure service quality and response time meet company standards
- Support administrative HR tasks when required
Requirements ✅
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, Help Desk, or HR support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
- Willing to work on-site in Penang
