Current Job Opening: Human Resources Specialist
Responsibilities 🎯
- Lead the full lifecycle recruitment process, including posting advertisements, screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and onboarding using both traditional and innovative methods.
- Collaborate with staffing agencies to communicate daily production staffing needs.
- Assist in investigating and resolving employee complaints and concerns.
- Manage the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and badge preparation.
- Facilitate benefits administration, initial enrollment, open enrollment, and qualifying events.
- Maintain organized personnel documents, performance evaluations, health insurance records, and training files in compliance with legal requirements.
- Oversee the monthly company newsletter and other mass email communications.
- Support the exit process, ensuring employee concerns are addressed properly.
- Handle administrative functions such as managing phone systems, mail, janitorial services, office supplies, and billing requests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications ✅
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or relevant field.
- Fluent in Spanish (bilingual proficiency).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and confidentiality awareness.
- A passion for serving others and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with mentorship opportunities.
Additional Information 📋
