Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees through ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo
• Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration and understanding of company policies and culture
• Administer benefits programs including health insurance and workers' compensation

Knowledge of Spanish or Polish is a plus! 🌍
