Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and leadership 🤝
• Serve as a bilingual HR contact for employee relations and inquiries 🗣️
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes 🎯
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll, and HR compliance 📝
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives 📈
• Partner with leadership in a hands-on manufacturing environment 🏭

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Senior-level HR Generalist experience 💼
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance in manufacturing settings 🏭
• Experience in employee relations and HR functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment 🏗️
• Ability to work onsite and engage directly with employees at all levels 🧩
