Job Details 📋

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated HR Generalist to join our fast-paced, innovative team. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth while making a meaningful impact. As an HR Generalist, you'll manage our most valuable asset: our people.

Key Responsibilities ✅

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and issues
• Manage recruitment and selection processes
• Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital
• Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance
• Maintain pay plans and benefits programs
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs
• Provide management with HR metrics for decision-making
• Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices

Qualifications 🎓

• Proven experience as HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar role
• People-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Experience with HR metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Strategic thinking with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR policies and procedures
