Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Hiring: Manage recruiting and hiring processes for front desk, operations, sales, golf instructors, food & beverage, maintenance, and management roles.
• Job Postings & Interviews: Post job listings and coordinate interview schedules.
• Employee Onboarding: Conduct onboarding sessions and collect employee documentation, including:
  • ID verification 🆔
  • Work authorization 📝
  • Payroll and banking information 💰
  • Tax forms and onboarding paperwork 🗃️
• Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and compliant employee records and HR files.
• Payroll & Scheduling Support: Assist with payroll coordination, timesheet tracking, and employee scheduling.
• Policy Implementation: Help develop and enforce HR policies, operational procedures, and employee guidelines.
• Internal Communication: Support employee communication and distribute internal notices.
• Training & Onboarding: Coordinate staff training and onboarding processes.
• Employee Relations: Assist management with workplace issues and employee relations.
• Attendance Monitoring: Keep track of attendance, punctuality, and staffing requirements.
• Operational Development: Contribute to building scalable HR systems and workflows as the company expands.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, office administration, or operations
• Experience with onboarding, payroll coordination, and managing employee documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HR systems, scheduling platforms, or payroll software (preferred)
• Professional and approachable demeanor
• Bilingual skills in English and Chinese or Korean are a plus 🇨🇳🇰🇷
